Richard created a Level 3 survey report for our recent property purchase. The report was about 70 pages long, highly detailed, precise, and clear. It was an all-inclusive document complete with photos and useful comments. He also emphasized making the report easy for anyone to understand. The seller, whom I managed to speak with before completion, mentioned that Richard spent hours inspecting the property. Richard carried out a level 2 survey on our new prospective home & my wife & I were very impressed with the quality of service. The report itself was very detailed & went into a significant amount of detail about every part of the property, giving different ratings to highlight where certain aspects required more detailed investigation on our part before proceeding with the house purchase.
